The Mount Pleasant neighbourhood is beaming with rich and colourful expression. And it’s thanks to the many incredibly bright and creative people that share their passions through their busnisses and personalities. I’d say it’s a core feature of what makes this area such a fun and inviting place to visit. I have the good fortune of living right on Main street and using the area as my playground and back yard for my passion, which is making photographs. And I would like to give thanks to this little hill we live a top, and thanks to my neighbours by capturing it and making a book of memories for everyone. “Pleasantly Picturesque” (working title) is an ongoing project that I plan to turn into a full length photobook. Not sure when I’ll finish it but I’m sure having a lot of fun exploring the area and making pictures. If you spot me on the corner with my camera and tripod, please come say hi.
